Price of Services

We charge all web site design work at $40 per hour if your web site is hosted with us.
($60 per hour if it is hosted elsewhere)

• Have you noticed that most web site design companies do not display their prices?
• It usually takes quite a bit of investigation to find they charge $75 to $120 per hour (and more!) to fabricate and maintain your web site.
• Or they list so many different prices for so many different services that it's virtually impossible to project what the final price will be.

At Total Net NH, we believe a presence on the web should be affordable for all businesses, whether big or small.

Invoicing & Payment

Total Net NH requires payment in advance for domain name registration ($25 per year) and domain hosting ($240/year), plus a $150 non-refundable design deposit to begin web site services for all clients.

We will create a one or two page preview and work with you from that point to develop the rest of the site. An invoice for the remainder of what is owed will be sent on completion of the site. To avoid repeat billing and keep our costs down, payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice, unless previous payment installment arrangements have been authorized.

Delinquent Account Policy

Total Net NH has, regretfully, found it necessary to institute a policy regarding delinquent accounts. To avoid repeat billing and keep our costs down, payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice, unless previous payment installment arrangements have been authorized.

If an account remains unpaid beyond thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to cease any further work until the account balance is paid in full. If an account remains unpaid beyond sixty (60) days, we reserve the right to remove site files from the server until the balance, plus a $50 reinstatement fee, is paid in full.

If an account remains unpaid beyond ninety (90) days, Total Net NH reserves the right to decline all future business with the client and pursue full payment, plus 15% interest calculated on a daily basis from the original date of invoicing, via legal means.

Terms & Conditions

Total Net NH assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of information provided by the client for inclusion in their web pages. The contents of the pages (exclusive of design elements such as header and footer information) is solely the responsibility of the client. Total Net NH accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions in any of the content on the site.

Total Net NH disclaims any and all warranties with respect to the information and service, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fulfillment of any particular purpose, title, authority or noninfringement.

In no event will Total Net NH be liable for any incidental, consequential or exemplary damages relating to the products or services advertised in the client's web site or from any actions relating to copyright of material supplied by the client.

Where a site is to be uploaded to an area of web space not owned or rented by Total Net NH, in providing a password and/or account number, Total Net NH hereby agrees not to disclose any password or account number provided by a client to a third party without express permission from the client. Further, no password will be changed from that provided by the client without prior written approval of the client.

Total Net NH reserves the right to refuse to include in any page, information either textual or graphical, that in their opinion may be considered abusive, indecent, offensive, illegal, defamatory or menacing or in breach of confidence, copyright, privacy, trade marks or any other rights of a third party.

Unless explicitly stated, web site registration and/or promotion forms is the responsibility of the client, not of Total Net NH, or its employees or agents.

E-mail Policy

Due to increasing internet-wide spam controls, many of our clients (especially those using AOL) are experiencing problems with receiving their web site forms and forwarded email.

To combat this problem, we are recommending that our clients use the WebMail service that comes with our hosting. We will set up mailboxes on our servers for anyone using our hosting. Clients may then access and manage their email messages from any computer using this service. If they prefer, clients may also set up their email program of choice -- like Outlook or Outlook Express -- to download mail directly to their computer. Instructions for both methods will be sent to the client.
